Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Poncho Outdoors gear, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to get you back outside in the perfect fit as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
